Registration Policy:

• Early bird registration and payment must be received by 15 March 2012.

• Cancellations must be received in writing either by e-mail or fax by 31 March 2012, to qualify for a refund. After 31 March 2012, there will be no refunds.

• A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by 31 March 2012. All refunds will be processed after the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.

• With approximately EUR 50-70/RM 225-315 per night, you can stay in one of our supporting 4-5 star hotels i.e. The Legend Hotel, Best Western Premier Seri Pacific Hotel, and Dynasty Hotel. Please contact the respective hotel directly for your accommodation arrangement.

• Please provide a business card when you arrive on-site to receive the Business Match-Making Materials.
