Registration Policy
- Early bird registration and payment must be received by 15 March 2012.
- Cancellations must be received in writing either by e-mail or fax by 31 March 2012, to qualify for a refund. After 31 March 2012, there will be no refunds.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by 31 March 2012. All refunds will be processed after the events. Substitutions may be made at any time.
- From EUR50-70/RM230++ per night, you can stay in one of our supporting 4-5 star hotels i.e. The Sunway Putra Hotel, Best Western Premier Seri Pacific Hotel, and Dynasty Hotel. Please contact the respective hotel directly for your accommodation arrangement.
- Please provide a business card when you arrive on-site to receive the Business Match-Making Materials.
